Explanation

The bill provides the structure for, and enables the expenditure of funds contained in the original budget for the FY 2007-2009 biennium (PA 07-1). Funding in the amount of $176,784 is available in FY 09.

Senate “A” specifies the activities of the Adult Literacy Leadership Board and has no fiscal impact.

The Out Years

The board will terminate on July 1, 2012.
