"AN ACT PROHIBITING BLOCKING THE BOX. "

After subsection (b) of section 1, add the following:

"(c) It shall not be a violation of the provisions of subsection (b) of this section unless the pavement on all sides of the intersection is clearly marked with one inch wide diagonal stripes in white paint. "
