AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE CONNECTICUT FARM WINE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2007) The sum of seventy-five thousand dollars is appropriated to the Connecticut Farm Wine Development Council within the Department of Agriculture, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, to further develop and market Connecticut vineyards.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||

To promote and develop Connecticut vineyards.
